As far as helping people find other sources of income, there was a friend from Nigeria doing web development but he couldn’t apply for many online jobs because there’s no PayPal in Nigeria. A friend in Asia helped him solve it so he could work that job and get paid in bitcoin
That's a good way to start but first its good to get feedback from hive users on what they can offer and their interest online aside hive, that way we know their set back and how to assist. Starting with small group at first and see how it add up
