If you've had your head under a rock you might have missed the #SHIB pump. It is up 140% in the last week and over 700% in the last month. Yesterday SHIB flipped DOGE to become the 8th largest crypto by Market Cap, while DOGE is 10th. People are having powerful emotional reactions.

Of course with such a huge move everyone is talking about it, some fearing this will hurt crypto's credibility. That kind of made me laugh after watching Pixel Rocks sell for millions.
I enjoy watching a good pump and I don't hold nor do I intend to hold any SHIB or DOGE for that matter, but it's fun to watch and the hidden message here, is people clearly still have some money to play with.
I don't have any advice for anyone here, but with any coin after those kind of gains, be cautious.
Meanwhile overnight in my timezone BTC topped $61,359 and despite all the doom and gloom I think the bull market continues.
Historically November is a great month for Bitcoin and I'd like to remind you what the price of Bitcoin was one year ago today.
Did you have any SHIB or DOGE? Will you consider buying some?

I have been watching all year and its quite astounding the heights.
If I had hundreds of dollars to burn I might consider SHIBA INU but
I think BabyDoge is a bit more affordable to the average dog lover.
However I feel much more comfortable with Hive and HBD. !PIZZA

I like DogeCoin. Doge is fun! BabyDoge has burned nearly half its supply.
Yeah it seems to be the battle of the doggy coins. Doge and Shib keep flipping each other for 9th and 10th spot. Enjoy it while it lasts I suppose.

It’s funny how people panic over the price of BTC right now.
A 10% move in either direction is easily $6K+ At current price levels.
We are in very emotional times for some reason, makes me think a lot of people might be slightly over invested.

If I would have a considerable amount of Bitcoin, then I would probably panic too.
$6000 USD is literally two years of my pension-like income.
It is approximately $250 USD per month, which is approximately $3000 USD per year.
When you put it in that perspective, then yeah.
When I think about the dog/meme coins and their 15 minutes of fame, I'm reminded of just how stupid everyone really is. Humans, for the most part, don't know shit about shit.
They read a headline about some shit coin already being up 1000% and that's when they decide to get in. A few people will make a lot of money, but most people will end up wrekt if they invested any significant portion of their available funds in a shitty meme coin.
Am almost all over the Shiba fiasco now, and i've accepted the fact that if we really want a decentralized space, even these type of tokens must be allowed to be moved about freely. If it does create a couple of more crypto millionaires then I guess it isn't so bad
Agree! A lot of people know it's a pump and dump. Some are new and need to learn, and then there are the winners! :)
It introduces a lot of people to crypto also.

I had some DOGE, thanks to Elon, late last year. I sold off most of it but I still have a little left. I'm not attached to it so I don't care much for it. It can crash and burn for what it's worth.
After DOGE, I ignored every Shiba Inu affiliated coin. they all looked too stupid to get involved in. I still stand by that. Not getting involved, nope.

doesn't it curious at least that SHIBA pumped while the whole market was dumping?
I tend to think that there is also whale's manipulation in this...but this is only my view, of course.
Clearly someone with money is required with that large of a pump, but pump and dumps are pretty common in crypto.

I got some Shib during the last April run that tanked and just left it. Now it’s double in price but the quantity I bought is too little to matter. Perhaps I’ll have to wait for another couple of years for proper gains

You should take a look at the circulating supply it is extremely unlikely due to the sheer number of SHIB it can hit $1.
