The beautiful thing about the Hive vs. Steem is Hive stepped up and outperformed Steem. I wasn't a fan of the whales insisting everyone left Steem, and I aslo took the 12 weeks of my powerdown to think about things, but 2 years later Hive has earned it's lead on Steem and then some!

I totally missed the Hive vs Steem takeover. Can't imagine how much you guys went through. You didn't want to leave STEEM for Hive? or did you want to stay on both the platforms? Can't be an easy decision when you are invested so much and don't know what the future holds.
