RE: How To Succeed On Hive: Make It Your Mission

in LeoFinance3 years ago

One of the most important success tips you will get in any situation is Networking is key. We are building a Social Economic Community and the more people who feel successful the better all will do.

Not only should people focus on building their stake if they want to be successful, they should build a network and help others to feel success as well. Not from an altruistic or socialistic point of view, but rather from a network building point of view

Corporations understand that human psychology is involved in everything that we do. If you want to improve your success help build up others as well. The proof is in the older, established accounts who after years have built "Hive Wealth" and a large network of people who know their names and are interested in what they have to say.

At a minimum, I suggest 1 post, and 10 comments a day on "other people's posts" to get started and build a base.

You are absolutely right, I actually value human relationship over monetary value, build strong relationship and I believe the opportunities and even money will follow instead of trying to do it the other way round putting money chasing ahead of everything with no result in the end.

Networking? Yes!

The human engagement and interaction, in a community driven economy, means that it has monetary value. That is the point she is making.

This is what tokenization means. It is Web 3.0. This is what people truly miss.

This should be posted everywhere. I agree completely and it is often through engagement that we also can build our holdings.

It all works together. Excellent addition.

Here we need to return to the topic of creating some kind. written rules of the Hive, which will be clear to everyone, but, and put a burden on the whales in their implementation, otherwise, it will disappoint novice bloggers.

Well unwritten rules.

The best way is through incentivizing. There is the upvote and they work just as well on comments.

If people are upvoting comments, those making them should notice.

It would further motivate them to make more.

Of course, as you state elsewhere, the wow. nice. good. great post. do not get it done.

But we have to start somewhere.

To be honest, before my arrival in leofinance, except for the remark from acidyo, who said that I do not benefit Uhl because I do not write comments, as a result of which he unsubscribed from my blog, which, at that time, was very offensive for me, I did not knew about the requirement to write comments. I lived with the idea that original content is what should benefit Ul, so it was in STEEM and I did not meet other recommendations for the development of the blog. Yes, I tried to argue with him, but to no avail. I am one of those who highly recommends the creation of written rules, sometimes, people are immersed in work and the whole world around them ceases to exist. it's just that they don't know. what's going on outside of their blog, apart from curation.

That of course is his view (one that many hold). Others will upvote regardless of whether the person comments.

So there is the dynamic that spans the spectrum. I believe commenting not only helps the upvotes but also gets one more followers, which can help the upvotes.

This is just an example of what is very important, the most complete information about what helps to develop a blog, and what can slow it down. It is very important to have patience and explain to people how to behave, what you are doing, hats off. I began to delve into many nuances quite recently, when I began to read other people's posts not selectively, but all in a row, I began to read a lot.
Yes, unfortunately, paying attention to leofinance, I lost time to read posts on other topics, but, in leofinance, I had a big gap. Apparently, it is very useful for beginners to dedicate a couple of weeks of reading only leofinance.

Periodically we should visit other communities to see where we can add value to them through the comments or reblogs we make. It's like traveling the world occasionally just to see how others live and contribute.

10 comments on the linear topic of the post, at least, and not "WOW, cool, wonderful, respect, vote for my post, and I also took a picture of a butterfly")

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

LOL, I hear that, but people learn skills and get better as they practice, so start where you are and look to improve!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Not always, periodically, I tried to explain to people that you should not write comments in this form, but. it goes on and on) like children, and maybe it is, children.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Shocking, you tell people how to behave and they don't obey? lol

Just teasing. People do what they do! :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes, you pinned me) It is not often possible to be in the role of a harpooned fish), but if no jokes then I think. that you need to make attempts to explain to people what their mistakes are, and not wait for a spaminator to deal with them, or someone else.

After making 10 value-adding comments, then we can enjoy the butterfly picture and say "Cool" as often as it makes sense to do so.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Don't tempt me, might like it and become a habit)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Lol but I like butterflies

I don't know people who are indifferent to butterflies)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I also took a picture of a butterfly")

The world needs more of them so highly valuable.

Of course, get a picture of a unicorn and that is the honeypot.

You know, this is the edge of the mentality, which is very difficult to bend, adjust to the system in a short time, this also needs to be understood. sometimes it seems that with the interlocutor, I live on different planets.
