This happens when you often give valuable content and willing to offer solution anytime.

Okay, let's have a conversation here, you might find something or more to offer your audience who are willing to subscribe to you.
What do you like doing that you can offer to your audience and at the same time bring a solution to them or resonate with them?
Relationship talk and motivation. Also an insight on spirituality.
Those are cool topics and people will be willing to engage.
Now, you have to start creating more threads and probably blog posts about them, then watch other creators engage in your content, then you can consider making some subscriber-only.
People need to see what they will subscribe to before they subscribe. Also, you can pick some days to roll out new subscriber-only content so that your subscribers will know when to expect new content.
You can begin a threadcast on relationship talk, @lisamgentile1961 already has a daily threadcast for motivation.
