I have eaten rice with banana and I have also tried it with pawpaw and it was delicious. πŸ˜‹ Which fruit have you eaten with rice? #foodtalk https://inleo.io/threads/view/winanda/re-winanda-23cr835zr

I like both. I like to eat rice with fruits like banana and pawpaw and with vegetables, I like either steamed green vegetables or vegetable stir fry. At times I also have it with cucumber and avocado. What about you? #foodtalk https://inleo.io/threads/view/winanda/re-winanda-38v52o1fb

Don't forget to peel the avocado πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Do you prefer to pair rice with fruits or with vegetables or do you like both? #foodtalk

I can take fruits for breakfast and not for dinner. The day I tried it for dinner, hunger woke me up at midnight, hehehe πŸ˜ƒ and I obeyed and rushed to kitchen, hahaha

LOL. I think fruits go well for breakfast. But I'm curious, what fruit(s) did you have for dinner that turned the hunger into your alarm at midnight? Lol.

I have had a medium-sized bunch of banana for dinner and it filled me. Banana is usually filling, I didn't finish the bunch at once anyway.

lolz
It was watermelon πŸ‰ and pineapple 🍍

Oh! I see. Lol. One thing I have noticed with these two fruits is that they may be filling at the point you're eating them but they digest easily within minutes.

I usually like taking them as smoothies for breakfast and if I have them at night, it should be after my dinner not as dinner because I wouldn't want to wake up at night looking for what to eat. I prefer being hungry during the day compared to midnight hunger, there is a difference, lol.

exactly πŸ’―
U just explained how is it with this fruit.. maybe I should try banana...

Yeah, you can try banana, it also depends on how much you are eating, haha.
