It was a good Saturday.
Self-care is very important to practice in our daily lives to improve our overall health and there are different ways this could be achieved. So today,
- I woke up, said my prayers, did some reflection and meditation.
- I took a walk this morning to the church to take part in cleaning and walked back home which made me hit my target of 10,000 steps.
- Of course as a music lover, I listened to some cool songs both on Inleo and off the blockchain and watched some funny videos.
- I also had a good meal with vegetables. (Sorry, it was so delicious and I couldn't wait to snap it. Lol)
Our excercise machine is currently in storage. Time to use it again while watching movies or playing with Duolingo 😀

A cardio machine like a stationary bike 😀
Oh! Okay, I think I have seen one like that in the gym. I love to use the treadmill and then increase the speed gradually till I reach the highest.
Above 10K is a great achievement. I hardly see 6k in a casual day
Thanks. Yeah, I was so glad when I got the notification half-way into the day. Some days are like that for me when I'm indoors, I may not hit 5k.
