    I found that maintaining contact via alternative methods with a person being onboarded to hive is essential.

    Yeah, it helps. Some people just need a little push, words of encouragement and motivation to stay active. I try to do that to those who joined my Telegram group after reading my promotional post. But then, some of them don't want to put in the effort, their minds are fixed on how much they will make.

    Thanks to himMy experience has been amazing since the beginning because of the support I got from my mentor @forkyishere and he has always been very supportive.key management was a difficult part but he explained everything in detail.
