Okay, that will be great, thanks so much. By the way, how are the single pages of the artist made? Is it by having only one of their songs by embedded on Inleo? Then you fetch them and add to the compiled list?
A song is added to the database by being a top line thread, not a sub thread like when we add to the music room. Then it has to have the musiconleo tag so it is posted in that community (and we see it). It is then added to the database and when enough of one artist is there, we make a page. also we need artist name - song name for search.
Could be. But the database is a first come first serve. So if you post something that is in there, it is not added.
Playlists are simply adding new songs and not the threads. Notice a playlist is nothing more than an embed of the songs as a subthread. They are two different aspects to what we are building.
Playlist and database is different. When you see a singles page, that is the database. It is stored on the blockchain. Nothing in there is duplicate. When youhave a playlist, that can be anything...in the database or not.
So if you submit a Johnny Drille song and it is in there, it will not be added. If you start a Johnny Drille playlist and embed 12 or 15 YT songs in your playlist, the playlist will be added to the appropriate pages.
Okay. When I get enough Nigerian artists single pages made, I will start a list of them on their own page. Perhaps I will do that today.
I will work on Johnny Drille.

Oh! Okay, that's great. We can play his songs during party time, I know people will love it.
The singles page will make it very easy to grab his songs and add them to the party room. That is the idea behind the singles pages.
Here is one for Wizkid. Very easy to copy what is liked and add them to the room.

Oh! Now I understand. That means we have duplicates by people just dropping singles without a playlist created right?

Oh! That's fine.
Yes, I noticed the difference between a playlist and a single embedded song.
Yes there is. We have to be adaptable at times since the UI keeps changing. LOL
The playlists are captured not the individual songs.
Okay. But what if I embed 2 songs without knowing it has being added to the database, will it be left out or added as a duplicate in the playlist?
My inquisitive self. LOL!

Here is a playlist I just put together.
