Yeah, they can publish and engage on Inleo with the lite account, and they will get RC to do so.
There is not a fixed number, the claiming will be available any time. I would recommend them to wait until they already had payouts, so they already are comfortable with the platform and ready to manage the keys

Thanks so much. Now I have some work to do, I hope they get convinced. These days, people are after the money they will make but they are still comfortable spending so much time on Web 2 platforms where they aren't yet monetized and can be kicked out anytime. It's funny.
