I'm going to make it simple, since my wife is away on business and my stepsons are staying with their dad for a couple of days. I am going to make myself baked skinless chicken legs with a side of Udon Noodles with a dash of soy sauce and a dash of Sweet Chili Sauce. I watch what I eat, so it's a light meal but I season my chicken well so it's marinating and smelling gooooooooooood. #foodtalk

Oh! Okay, it's a meal for one. Hmmm... I can picture the picture your food in my head. Light dinners are always good. I also had noodles, it was simple and spicy with enough onions and tomato sauce.
