Instructions:
- Cook the beans in a large pot with water, bay leaves, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate pan, brown the pork shoulder and chorizo, then add them to the beans.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the same pan, then add to the pot.
- Simmer the stew for 1.5-2 hours until the beans and meat are tender.
- Serve with rice, collard greens, and orange slices.
