I've been trying to keep up an investor mindset since this bear market began. All I've been doing so far is remind myself that I'm here not just for a good time but for a long time. It would have been way easier if I didn't live off crypto and had some other source of income but hive is my main source of living.
Everybody says buy the dip but my portfolio is red everywhere so where exactly am I getting the funds to buy the dip? 😁 I'm definitely not selling any coins right now either. Now I sort of wish I had other income sources to fund my living so I don't have to touch any crypto or feel broke.
I'm busy learning new stuff these days and that takes most of my time but I have to find a way to make time for scouting for freelance work. I'm at that point where I have to retrace my steps back to the measly and stressful freelance work I since abandoned. You guessed right. I'm talking about fiverr 😁
Someone contacted me today on one of my gigs and I see it as a sign to be serious and rebrand myself over there. It's also time to explore the other freelance platforms I've been too lazy to. I know if I push myself hard enough, I'd get good gigs and connections eventually.
Sometimes our journey takes us through routes we feel we're bigger than but then we have to learn to do things we don't really fancy if it's going to give us what we want. You should have seen me last year swearing I wasn't doing cheap gigs ever again but look at me now.
Anyway, I'm not doing so bad and hive did a bit good today so that's a consolation. I also feel good about getting more hive power rewards in these times, an even better consolation. Myself and the husband are normally frugal so there isn't so much to cut down on. We're getting by and still saving as much as we can on hive while getting back on our freelance grind.
How are you coping?
You can contact me for content writing gigs, I'm always available for those.

I am behind you on looking for freelancing gigs and remote jobs to go by..no matter how small, because relying on crypto as the only source of income is not for the faint-hearted.
And as for how I am coping, I need a hug😣.
I try daily not to look at my wallet because it breaks my heart knowing this is happening just when I decided to invest in some coins especially as a newbie in this whole crypto world.
But I am positive and hopeful.
Hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 It's gonna be okay

It's not easy to cope at a time like this. I had to make some withdrawals two days ago. Very painful, but unavoidable. Hehe.
We will see the end of this red market... It's just a matter of time.
Lol. Can't deprive yourself of your basic needs because of the market.
WAGMI!

Could be me and take a $22K loss on option over the last two weeks. I saw the bear market coming but did not believe they would let it happen and got caught with my pants down...
Oh shit 😳 That's a lot. But seems this isn't your first rodeo so you'll be good, yeah?

I'm in the same boat, living off crypto. It's never easy waking up to less money. The way I cope is not looking at the dollar value, but looking at the amount of each crypto I have. I use small price bumps to accumulate more of one crypto, then do the same on another with the small profit to average it out. Keep grinding. Don't give up.

Honestly, to me, those who have crypto as the only source of income are determined people. Although I wont say I am a crypto person cos I have less then 50 dollars capital 😂. And Its been long I looked at my wallet..
But, I must say, trying a take a look at other freelancing gigs is Wise decision.
Keep up the good work, @wolfofnostreet
During the dip I decided to take some project management consulting. Guy ghosted me owing me 2 months pay, lol.
Loving life though.
