That's not something that can be forced. Although it does happen from time to time. A handful of the comments in this post are references to past HBD giveaway posts/conversations. In other words a continued conversation from weeks past. Gregory-f BOB joke is a great example of that. So are the Free count me in comments. Although I agree that more interaction between participants would be great.
