Movies have a disclaimer, and everyone knows they are scripted. But for wrestling, which is being promoted as a sport even and yet been scripted, that doesn't look funny at all.

Wrestling has been out as being scripted since the early 1920's. Ever since Vince McMahon took over the WWWF and turned it into the WWF then the WWE it's been out that it's scripted. I've never seen a movie that started with a disclaimer.

A lot of movies do start with a disclaimer.

I used to love wrestling when I was a kid, but growing up to know about it being scripted fall my hands. Those men we thought were so powerful were all acting out some scripts.

Show me one movie that starts with a disclaimer saying the movie isn't real... I'll wait.

Most boliwood movies starts with a disclaimer.

Again, show me one movie that does. I'll continue to wait.

The matches are scripted but the pain and injuries and work is real. Did you know that the average life expectancy of a pro wrestler is only is 45 years old. The average life expectancy of other sports and entertainment is 60+.

Yeah, I understand that the pain and injuries can be real.

Can be real? No, they are real. So far, it just sounds like you're upset cause as a kid you thought it was real. As a kid I thought Santa was real. Doesn't mean I hate Christmas...

What about the movie the Blair Which project that came out in 1999 and had everyone thinking it was a real documentary and it really happened. There is nothing wrong with that. That is just great story telling and suspension of disbelief.

Movies is the art category, and we know arts are scripted. But for something under the sport category, is a different case scenario.

Wrestling is also art. Wresting is not under the sports category. Maybe Olympic wrestling is, but professional wrestling is not. If you believe it to be real that is on you. Again, wrestling is art and the pain is real.
