"Overflowing" of real estate, securities and crypto financial markets

There is a phenomenon in the financial market called "overflowing", which means that when the bull market begins, the core assets and high-value assets will begin to rise sharply. After a certain level, the secondary core assets will begin to rise sharply, and then it will be the turn of the ordinary Assets rose, and finally junk assets began to skyrocket, and a bubble was created. From the huge rise of core assets to various asset types, and finally to the skyrocketing of junk assets, this is called "overflowing."
The performance of this phenomenon in the real estate market is as follows:
- Houses in the core areas of first-tier cities began to rise
- Then the core areas of strong second-tier cities and the secondary core areas of first-tier cities began to rise sharply
- The core areas of ordinary second-tier cities and the sub-core areas of strong second-tier cities began to rise
- House prices in third- and fourth-tier cities began to rise sharply
- Tier 5 and Tier 6 and 7 cities have also begun to surge
Housing prices have risen from the “overflowing” of the first-tier core areas to the second, third, and fourth-tier urban areas, forming an overall bull market. This phenomenon has occurred in several rounds in the past decade in China Housing Market.
The performance of this phenomenon in the securities market is as follows:
- Blue chip stocks rose strongly at the beginning of the bull market
- Other sectors also rose after the blue chips rose
- Finally, junk stocks also rose to the sky
If you observe the development of the bull market in the past ten years, there will be such a phenomenon in China securities market.
Does this phenomenon also exist in the crypto market? My personal opinion is that the same phenomenon will occur, because the crypto market is also a financial market.
Recently, Bitcoin has skyrocketed. This is a huge increase in core assets, followed by a huge increase in ETH, DOT, ADA, and BNB..etc. This is a huge increase in core assets, and other assets will also be followed by "overflowing".
The strategy at this stage is to hold, plan well and avoid selling as soon as it rises.
Do you feel "Overflowing" recently in your crypto which you hold ?
