I feel the world has been realigned, it's constantly changing and the people who would remain wealthy are those that understand the need of people on a massive scale, how these needs changes overtime and then caters for them appropriately.
The politicians are doing somewhat the opposite. They indeed understand the need of people on a massive scale, but they do everything to not fulfill them, while taking (stealing) from them as much as possible. So they are still rich, while most people live in poverty. Some people in deep/extreme poverty.
At least this is what the government of my country (Hungary) is doing. I live with multiple disabilities under the local minimum wage.

In reality, government will be government. I live with health issues too and it was always difficult to compete with people who are more educated, physically healthy and a whole lot of other things.
However, the bigger evil is government giving the nation to monopolists, while exploiting the system themselves. These people knows the need of people and have the backing of government to exploit people. It's how it works in Nigeria.
