big chaos happening now in the stocks, Forex, and crypto markets.
Let's Start with stocks!
Whenever the USD is strong, the stocks get weakened, that is the relationship between the stocks and the USD.
Last Friday, Fundamental data regarding the US inflation was released, and boy these data have started the chaos we see today,
The DXY ( Dollar strength index) jumped to the highest levels since the early months of Covid, and this happened because the traders are betting the US federal reserve will increase the monetary tightening policy.
this will only get the USD stronger, and when this happens, the Stocks drop down.
Forex
We are witnessing almost a freefall drop to EURUSD and GBPUSD for four days, for the same reason, because of the Dollar strength, when the Dollar is the opposite currency ( The USD written on the right side of the pair) means the pair will drop whenever the USD gets Strong.
Today, 3 hours from now exactly 9 PM ( +3 UTC), Lyle Bernard FOMC, will do a very important speech, the speech is expected to Affect Forex, Commodities, and stocks, so from and on you should be careful.
Crypto
The crypto is falling Because the Celsius platform announced suspending all the withdrawals, transfers, and trading on its platform.
Binance also stopped the withdrawals of BTC because of a technical issue.
So, things Are so chaotic right now, trade carefully, and remember, the trend is your best friend.
