He's highlighting the lucky numbers. Each colored name is a lucky number.
OK why with different colors?
For that I'm not sure brother. I think it makes more sense to put different colors in each name/lucky number than the same color in every lucky number.
Probably to make it easier for the people sponsoring the prize to see on the table. He does note the person in a table near the bottom though.
