XRP Coin will go to $10

Before SEC and Ripple case judgment we heard this a lot, XRP coin will go to $10 or more if Ripple won the case against SEC then we saw what happened

Ripple was won the case against SEC but XRP coin price not able to cross $0.93 per coin that's not even it's previous all time high price. Then Xrp price goes down to $0.5 from where it's starts pumping after the news
