It's kinda funny how you said that bitcoin settling at 19k is boring.
Well, that is one thing about cryptocurrency, it can never be predicted. When we lose hope and never expect it to rise, boom the price skyrocket but at times when we think it will rise, it rather remains stagnant.
But let us just see what bitcoin has for us in 2021 cause as it is right now, it looks as if it will base in that 19k throughout the remaining days of this year or might shift a little higher to 20k.
We just wait and see

I wouldn't bet on that. For some reason, the end of the year tends to be good for Bitcoin.
Staying in one area is not likely in the cards. We might even see a nice pullback before a rush into the last two weeks of the year.

Pardon me and remember I am still a crypto baby and so I am very humbled to learn the tactics form the big lords and people who have been there earlier and can predict a thing well.
