A principios de la década de los 60, Lee Iacocca encargó a Gene Bordinat el diseño de un nuevo concepto de vehículo ‘compacto’ y deportivo. La razón: el éxito de los coches europeos y la caída de las ventas del Ford Thunderbird. El diseñador y su equipo se pusieron manos a la obra y en 1962 tenían preparado el primer concept car. El resultado, un biplaza descapotable, con un motor V4 de 109 CV y un aspecto demasiado futurista.

In the early 1960s, Lee Iacocca commissioned Gene Bordinat to design a new concept for a 'compact' sports car. The reason: the success of European cars and the drop in sales of the Ford Thunderbird. The designer and his team got down to work and in 1962 they had the first concept car ready. The result was a two-seater convertible, with a 109 hp V4 engine and an overly futuristic look.

since year 60 this, ford company has dedicated so much in these cars, the one that I like the most this model Ford Mustang Gt 2001 is because it is one of the most economical in my country, but not for a person like me, as I live in Venezuela its value is 7000$ and the truth that the minimum wage is 4$ I have to work a real time to have this kind of car, but as dreaming does not cost anything this is the car of my dreams.
