Imagine, that instead of seeing illness as a negative thing, you saw it as the way in which your body is healing, that by the time your symptoms present themselves, you are already on the mend! The fact that you have a fever, the fact that you are vomiting, means your body is functioning as it should, expelling whatever toxins that are harmful.
Now imagine what happens, when you seek to prevent these things from happening, in effect preventing the toxins from leaving your body? Preventing your body, from doing what it is so beautifully designed to do.
