I don't blame Wiki. So many academic sites paywalled themselves into irrelevance, and the popular science and technology sites often transitioned to click bait and ads.
I did drive across a big chunk of America last year. I stayed at small motels and ate at local diners when I could. My quest for better boots and clothing has led to small companies and heritage businesses still running behind the screen of corporate garbage. There is hope.
