Yes, basically that they have certain class benefits, upgrade the dagger to steal more and lower failure rate, besides the dog, they recently added the !snakeoilcart command.
Soon I will publish the list of constables, any of the combat or nature can be, they need to be level 10 and use the !choosejob command then type constable. I would say that 90% of the players have combat and nature classes.
