I have the same experience with Hesse, mine just started with Siddhartha. It was such a turning point when I stumbled upon that book and Hesse's philosophy in general. It opened my mind and made me more conscious about everything.

Hi there! It's nice to know that you can relate to the experience of being found by one of Hesse's novels. Siddhartha is another one I absolutely love. Have you read Demian? I think its ambiance suits very well the turmoil of the current times.

Yes, I loved Demian as well! A bit darker than his other work. :) Narcissus and Goldmund is another great one.
Indeed! One of my favorites too. Always plays out like a great movie in my head.
