Recharging ourselves with Vitamin "D" from the SUN 🌞

Happy Monday, we start with all the energy of a great sunny and relaxed Sunday.

I'll tell you about my weekend experience, I took a trip to a hot land two hours from cold Bogotá to welcome this month of February with all the energy, also for a good dose of vitamin D, straight from a beautiful sun 🌞.

This beautiful place is located in Girardot-Cundinamarca. For breakfast I made an arepa like a good Venezuelan accompanied by scrambled eggs with onion and tomato, delicious, they were perfect to start the day.

The water was divine, in keeping with the weather. I enjoyed the water for several hours, I took many dips from all angles and jumped to get rid of bad energy, hehe. I haven't swum a lot in a while, but it does me good. The water does me good, I love being out on a walk, hehe.

Continue with an exquisite lunch, this one was Colombian hehe, the famous ajiaco is a soup made with chicken and cream, accompanied by white rice, corn on the cob and avocado, a soup is always very good to have near the water, to have it in or with your feet in the water, it was very tasty.

A must on rainy and sunny days is a delicious mango with salt and lemon, one of those delicious snacks.

This experience was accompanied by a sparkling Rosé wine, ideal for me, since I am a princess, and we said goodbye to this walk renewed and happy of this great day, decreeing health, blessings, achievements, happiness.

Enriching is how I describe this trip. I loved this experience. I feel happy, grateful, renewed, with more energy than a child who has just eaten chocolate, hehe. Happy start of the week and a beautiful February for everyone.
