It is important to have some little break from social media and explore some amazing places. Sometimes, we need to disconnect from our daily routine in order to connect to the people and of course into the real world. This social media has put us in a situation wherein some people could not have the time to rest and to explore the magnificence of the world.
It was a great timing that there was no internet connection there since the place was located in the deep portion of the resort. This is the great place of relaxation, good for destressing, and a recommended place for social media detox which I think I deserve for all the past experiences that I had.
And yet, I am very guilty of this situation since I've been in my phone the whole day and in order to have the screen time break, my friends and I planned and decided to have this short vacation in Blue Space Mountain Resort in Mayana, Barili, Cebu last weekend.
So this time, I want to share with you some snippets from our last weekend getaway with my friends...
The Avenue
This was the entrance view and it was also the view of the parking lot of Blue Space Mountain Resort. The place was just so amazing and I felt like I had the freedom to enjoy and to forget the things that I usually do.
The Periphery
I really appreciate this kind of view with the nature as its background and all the blue and green vibe. This kind of view is what I truly love. We can truly forget what life we had especially when some people's lives nowadays are only revolving in social media. Anyway, I just hope to visit this kind of view to my future getaways soon.
Tree House Lounge Area
This Tree House is located near at the parking area. I wasn't able to enter this area since I didn't have the energy to climb up that time and my hands were full of things to put in our respective cabin. Yet, upon seeing this kind of spot it made me want to capture it and that is why I have the chance to share its simplicity with you.
A Path to Paradise
This is the path where our cabin is located. As we go down, this path was not too tiring, but the opposite of this could drain your energy. I also saw one of their pools while going down. It was tiring and at the same time a nostalgic one. Seeing some various spots while heading to our cabin was a nice feeling though. Nevertheless, the nature and the nice spots were able to help me to not feel the exhausting feeling.
A Worthy Cabin
Blue Space Mountain Resort has 5 Cabin and we ended up choosing Cabin 2 since Cabin 3 was not available already which was our first option, so we opt to choose the lesser price. This cabin costs $125 or ₱7,000. This cabin has complete kitchen necessities and has many amenities already including the pool and we're just quite near from the falls which I think the best place from all the cabin. It may be quite expensive for us, but it was worth it. Hence, the experience is the most important thing for us.
An Expensive Cabin
This is one of the 5 Cabins. This is the Cabin 4 which is the most expensive one. This Cabin costs approximately $358 or ₱20,000. We didn't get this one since we could not afford it already, but it was a nice place though. I hope I could afford getting this cabin someday.
Nature's Shower
This was the flow of the waterfalls. The falls was clean and I even jumped off from it. It was a great experience even though it was one of the scariest moments of my entire life. Also, I was overwhelmed that time since it was one of my bucketlist and I was able to conquer and achieved it.
A Different Perspective
This was the different perspective of the river that was captured by me. This was the front view of the falls near in our cabin and it was worth to capture even how hard it is to take a picture. Even how many different angles I took with this view, the pictures are still enticing to look at. I could just say how gifted Cebu and Philippines in general when in terms of nature.
An Enchanting Falls
This is the second time I've seen a spectacular falls in my entire life. I couldn't even imagined that I was there standing watching the lovely cascade. I was just so mesmerized by the beauty. It made me love the nature more. And I think from now on, I want to visit every waterfalls in the South Part of Cebu.
Some Insights
Even though how introverted I am, I think I just wanna explore the beauty of the world, because I think it helps me to love myself more and especially to love the nature in the most possible way.
And with that, I just wish to have a successful life someday in order to discover the hidden gems of the world and expose it to the people who loves the nature of the universe as much as I do.
