Greetings, dear friends, it is a pleasure to greet you, I hope you are having a great weekend, I take this opportunity to share with you part of what has been an initiative that I have been carrying out for some time, I do not consider myself a Fitness person nor am I a high performance athlete, but yes I have been being disciplined with myself, that force that drives us to do things when motivation does not dawn on our side, being disciplined is our best assistant, very early I got up and after doing my personal hygiene I decided to go out and do a little of exercise, start with some stretching and then do a gentle jog for 30 minutes, the importance of this is to maintain good physical condition, since with age and not paying attention to our body we can gain weight and with it the appearance . of diseases that can be prevented or the risk reduced, as long as we keep doing some sporting activity, the benefits are many, such as maintaining an adequate weight, greater resistance and physical capacity and, best of all, a better state of mind, which is why Personally, I invite you even three times a week. If you work, you can choose the weekends to start doing physical activities. Personally, I recommend that you start doing it progressively, adapting your body to the physical wear and tear, but step by step. The truth is that since how long have I been doing these activities?
