Agreed - this is something lots of students of the Tao try to master fr decades. All very Zen like and wise. And sooooo helpful in maintaining a level of helpful calm.
Nothing wrong with being white and having issues with the sun, says my pale-ish self. 😆
😂
Put a hat on!
Lol...Yeah, I go white in winter...Well, more a slightly lighter version of the delectable mocha colour I usually am. Come summer though...Chocolatey.
I'm a chameleon. I go green sometimes too.
Here's me sneaking out of the office on Wednesday, my last day there. (at 12pm instead of 5pm)
Ahahahahaha.
When the lottery was just new around here I was standing in a ticket line and a guy asked me if I'd give notice when I won.
I said "No. They'd notice when I didn't show up."
I think I'd be the same...
Work: Hey, where's G-dog?
G-dog: Tulum bitchaz!
Or anywhere else but work.
Sneaky AF.
Come on you guys. Go for it, the sun won't kill you.
Not so much. I am becoming well acquainted with my dermatologist. So far, I have two kinds of skin cancer on my arms. None of which is melanoma, so it's way more nuisance grade stuff.
But I'm REALLY not good with being up in the dark :)
Hah! I walked outside yesterday in some shorts, looked down, and thought I must not have been outside all summer for how pale I was. I miss the sun! I think I might need to call out a day or two next week with a Vitamin D deficiency.
I think you should work outside. Take that computer outside and enjoy the sun.
You're right, I really should. Maybe next week when it's no longer 5,000 degrees.
Oh! I just checked for you. 80 degrees all week. Ignore those incoming clouds.
I worked for an online company that probably should remain nameless. We had a couple of skype video calls a week and the three owners kept one streaming most of the time. I joined one time and the CEO said "I didn't know you had trees like that in Yuma."
Seems like I had forgotten to tell them that I was on a one month vacation :)
