Hello Weekend Experiences Community! Welcome to my blog. It had been a month since my Uncle is sick hence I've to fullfill all home responsibilities. From many days, I'm feeling like I'm stuck into my Hilux Car. Once there was a dream that When Shall I be a good driver? Now when I've learned driving then it is proving a hell for me. Either it is family function or it is Pick-drop service for my siblings, I must be ready because I'm the sole and elder family member who knows how to drive. I can't imagine that life will suck me like this. My Hilux car is like more than a hell room for me now.
Although driving a car has many advantages but it is too much for me hence it is toxic. I want to share about the sever and adverse changes that resulted from this frequent Driving on my body.
Sedentary Lifestyle
When my siblings, my mum and my aunt were busy in shopping, I'm stuck into my car. After driving a car for more than 30 Kilometres, I want to sleep into my car. Daily driving on same route had made my lifestyle Sedentary.
Obesity
As my main responsibility is driving hence I can't do another work. My hectic life cycle has eat-wake as well as drive cycle. It all resulted into obesity. My weight has been increased drastically. My current weight is 79 Kilogram. My body is becoming more Faty. I'm facing body shame and didn't have time to reduce my body fate.
Respiratory Distress
As my more than half day spent in driving hence my body is exposed to smoke and smog on the road. I'm feeling chest pain that indicates I've Respiratory problems as well. It had been tough for me to keep myself avoid form the bad air. It is hell environment outside for me.
Conclusion
It looked the funny and enjoyable days of my life has been gone now. After driving, I can feel pain in my bones and my whole body is too much fatigued. I don't know when my uncle will be okay but this tough job is not becoming easy for me. My diet plan, my schedule and my rest time everything has been changed now. It had been main reason, I'm not active on Hive Blockchain Nowadays. To secure my life and to get rid of obesity, I've changed my diet plan. Now, I'm taking only salad in my lunch according to Dietitian Recommendations.
I hope, good days of my life will return back for me. It is hard time for my life but I'm hopeful it will strengthen working my stamina. Moreover I'm learning some home management and leadership skills that are a big honor for me. To support my family is sacred task for me. If you are continuous driver then you should care about your health as well. Our life is precious and we can manage it with some good planing including proper ventilation and exercise.
