To achieve something in life requires a clear goal, to act on it. Effort and perseverance are key elements.
I always say to many people I talk to here, Hive is made by people so it is a reflection of real life and like all reflections it shows us in a small way what society is in a big way, so it has the same elements.
As in real life, things don't happen by magic here either, but it is necessary to do something and often... to do a lot. This is accompanied by work, good work, conviction, perseverance and if we fall, to get up and continue like a warrior in a battle, always get up, take up the sword and continue.
Building bonds in Hive is not easy and can take time, of course that will depend on our personality. There are people who are more sociable than others, and people who prefer to remain anonymous as much as possible, as is my case, where privacy and intimacy prevail.
I have had a hard time on this path, but I have always stood up with determination, researched, asked questions, sought advice and let myself be guided by wise counsel, and my learning path continues.
I believe that the most important thing to have solid relationships both here and in real life, remember it is only a reflection, is to be authentic, don't pretend, don't lie, don't wear masks. Be real, let the words and attitudes come from the heart. Whoever is genuine will never contradict himself, because he is who he is.
I have seen everything here, as in real life. But being honest with ourselves first and so with others of who we are, being transparent, it will take time, but solid relationships will happen, because like attracts like.
Following this I have met wonderful people, who probably read all this and with whom I have generated beautiful relationships of work, of advancement, of trust and that is wonderful. I have discarded the bad things and I have rescued the good things, because that makes me stronger and strengthens the bond I have formed. Being genuine, being who we are, being authentic is the key.
This, together with hard work, effort, linear behaviour, being correct, honest, and much more is what leads to achievement, goals, whatever they may be, here or anywhere.
Here I have had many setbacks at the beginning, I was disoriented, there were many voices talking, but careful observation of everything, analysis of what is important and letting oneself be advised and guided by the right people, leaving ego aside, is very important.
Luck does not exist, nor destiny, but our actions, every action will lead to a path, that is not destiny. It is cause and effect.
I have had many achievements in Hive and in this year I have had many great ones and all thanks to the effort, that determination that never leaves me, to listen, to learn, but above all to those wonderful bonds and beautiful solid relationships that I have forged day by day. Because it wasn't magic, it was always being myself. Today I have a beautiful group, a very loyal one, with whom I work, with whom we formed our first community with great enthusiasm.
Today I look back and see achievements such as my account with more than 12,000 HP, being a dolphin, almost reaching reputation 75 and having improved the quality of my content, dabbling again in painting and striving to find the necessary tools to achieve much more. But I didn't do this alone, but those relationships influenced me, and also gave me the extra strength as an impulse to go on and on. Together we go further.
There will always be moments of weakness, because there are, but when you have strong relationships, it is easier to get out of those dark moments and put a smile back on your face. So thank you all.
