Imagining myself in a situation completely different from my current reality, closing my eyes and travelling to that possibility, was a very crazy but thoughtful thing to do.
What would happen if I didn't live in the flat I live in, in fact, if there were no houses or buildings in the world, if there were no electricity, no internet, no computers or any of the gadgets I have today.
I am from the generation that had to adapt to technology, because when I was a child the things that exist today didn't exist, neither the mobile phone, nor many of the things I mentioned before. And beyond the special circumstances I lived through, I could live. Closing my eyes for a moment, I remembered that life, which seems distant and someone else's, because I am indeed someone different.
But if I had to go back to the cave age, and live in a cave, where I had to light the fire myself, and not exactly with modern methods, but as the first men on earth did... could I? Well, I think so, it's all a matter of learning.
I have changed a lot in my life, by my own choice, not for someone else, but for me and I know that I have the capacity to change, to improve, to learn and to live. Well... I don't know how to hunt, but I learn. It's just a matter of overcoming my grief for killing an animal, but when there's hunger there's no grief worth it, I think.
I close my eyes again, like when I do visualisations and I imagine myself in that situation and you know what? It gives me a sense of peace, no stress, no time, with the only concern being to be warm so I don't freeze to death and I get to eat. But I think today the worries are too much. I'm taking it to something very simple, but in broad strokes that's what I felt.
There would be no social networks, no one to like me for being pretty or saying this or that. Many of the prejudices that people have today, the ways of criticising and treating others, that wouldn't exist, so for me it's fine. I don't like networks, television, gossip or politics. All that wouldn't exist. It's fine with me.
On the other hand, the contact with nature would be full, I would be in contact with the root of everything, with mother earth, everything would be natural. There would be no transgenic fruits and vegetables, no hormone-injected meat and many other terrible things that are there today. My body would be better, healthier. Natural, stress-free living. I close my eyes and smile.
Possibly there would be or I would meet predators, wild animals, of course I must learn to defend myself. And if I die... that's nature and that's it. What I lived, I lived it to the full.
There would be no money, how great that would be, one less problem. Everything would be given by nature, even the coat that would come from animals, because nature originally gave us animals to eat and their fur would be the coat. I keep imagining with my eyes closed, visualising.
Every sunrise would be a blessing and every sunset a glory, every night under the stars, the best illumination and spectacle of the universe with the moon as a witness. The sun would be a shelter that would give me vitamins and make me strong. I think I could be a caveman, I was once a caveman or my ancestors or in another life, I can go back to that. These are our origins.
A simple, natural and peaceful life, enjoying every day what the universe gives us. The more we have the more to take care of... I think I heard it somewhere. I coupled that with visualisation and it was great.
For a few minutes I was a caveman thanks to the weekend themes that @galenkp always creatively suggests to us, thanks for that.
Thank you very much to all of you for reading me, I wish you a very good weekend. See you soon.

This text has made me reflect on how paradoxical it is for me to see so much technical progress and how other things have evolved so little, or even involuted.
Instead of using social networks to communicate we use them to show off. We can talk to many virtual people and not say hello to our neighbor. When we see a landscape we don't see a place to enjoy but a good place to take a selfie.
These are a few reflections outside of the topic Galen raised, but that came to me reading your text.
Happy weekend @avdesing.
It's that every thing in life has many uses, it depends on us which one we give it... I don't take selfies hahahahaha
Going back to the origins brings us back to the source. That's what happens when we leave here... Thank you! Have a nice Saturday!
👋 Hasta mañana!!!
👋
Hello dear friend @avdesing good morning
I think that for our generation it would be easy to live without anything and return to ancient times, something that would not be viable for the new generation
I love the simple and quiet life
Have a lovely afternoon
The new generation that is affected by everything seems very fragile, I think we could! Yes! Thank you very much and beautiful Saturday!
I don't think I could live without all the things I have now, especially the cell phone and the television
I loved the song you're listening to, it's very relaxing @avdesing
I understand, but don't worry. Thank you very much, it's a nice song to write!

This was very beautiful to imagine, I almost went with you to enjoy the unspoiled nature.
How interesting to know the point of view of others, you told us the good part of what seems to have been caverniola, I on the contrary when I read the proposal I imagined helpless women attacked mainly by very rough men 😌
We don't have to be helpless women, if we train hard, we can! Yes!
Thank you very much!🤗
Yes, well we would have to train hard, there would be many challenges.
We can take them on!
💪
How beautiful the music... Well, I'll tell you that there's no difference between then and now. Life is still a jungle where the strongest gets all the benefits. And the weak... perish.
Women in that distant era were treated as objects. Unless you were the wife of a powerful warrior. Unless you were an Amazon... 😂 Or a witch...
Look at history and you will see how many women were forgotten and their contributions cast aside. Our friend enraizar wrote about one of them, for example.
Today women have more rights but they are still treated as inferior beings. Even though they do much more than men. Because I know women who are geniuses, who work and also do the housework, look after the children... And see what men do. Or the husbands... Anyway... In those times of the cavemen and women were also organised under the command of one who would win merits, battles, etc... And that social sphere was formed, where... Women were raped, even as children. 😬😶🌫️🤐
Si me equivoco en algo me lo haces saber.
Siempre podemos imaginar un mundo de fantasía, pero donde esté el ser humano... Con sus vicios, su ego, su egoísmo, y su podredumbre, es difícil que ese mundo hermoso exista.
Well, in certain aspects it's true, in that time like now there wouldn't be equality and atrocities would happen... you know? I imagined myself alone there, I don't know why... is it because of the witch thing? You are right in many words that you have said...
