My wife and I have been using a dough for awhile that is just yogurt and flour. It's pretty easy to make and it is better for you I guess. It doesn't taste quite as good, but it is passable. We just got home from heading down south for a night. We started with ice, then drove through rain, sleet, and snow before we finally made it home!
I've heard if that one, flour is straight up carbs though so I have to seek alternatives.
