Perhaps the challenge is not to struggle to get up early but to be able to get the sleep you obviously can't due to nightmares. On the other hand, balance is very important to be able to run things at an optimal level, and above all and very important is that it also allows you to share quality time with your children and your family ☺️
Many people think that to make changes depends on the age, but the truth is that we are all in a life that is in constant adjustments and changes 🙂

I totally agree with you! Since I was 16 years old I remember that I used to go to bed very late every day and unfortunately I made that bad habit that I've been dragging, before I didn't feel exhausted; but now I do, so I think it's time to get used to another routine.
It is not easy, because even I am much more productive at night than during the day, but I must give that turn, I am taking the matter calmly, but giving priority so that the impulse does not pass me.
