Budget-Friendly Pizza Date on a Weekend

Every Sunday, it is the time where most of us are at home since it is our day off from work. It is a once a week leisure time for us being free from any workload. There are days when we plan to run an errand every Sunday, or just stay inside our room to take some rest. It depends on our moods, but most of the time, we are out seeking adventure or trying different foods or restaurants that we have not tried before.

And just recently, we heard about a new food stall near town called Doña Em's Taco House. It was the perfect moment to try it out.

Before anything else, we had to ride on our motorcycles first. Since we live minutes away from the town proper, we need to plan ahead if we want to go there. It took us maybe around 15 minutes of drive before we got to Castillejos, which is another town nearby.

When we already hit the national road, it was time to drive safely since there are a lot of vehicles as well. We went straight to the said food stall, and our landmark was the Puregold Supermarket.

We saw the signage and parked the motorcycles first before we walked towards the stall. At first, we were looking at the prices and the promos they have for various snacks. They offer pasta, burger, fries, pizza, and different kinds of cold drinks. A perfect option if looking for a snack!

We ordered their pizza deals, and we got 3 Boxes for only 500 Pesos ($10). Also, we got 3 Fruit Drinks for only 100 Pesos ($2). These were already good deals since the foods and drinks they offer are not the common ones.

After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, the foods we ordered are already good to go. But the only drawback in this taco house is the space of the table available for dine-in. This was the reason why we decided to take-out our orders and just bring them home. We went to the river near our house, and it looked like a family pizza date.

Now it's time for the feast. Here's what we got on our pizza date last weekend. It may only look simple and ordinary, but this is something that we look forward to once in a while every time we got a day off from work. We enjoyed these budget-friendly boxes of pizza and the tasty drinks we had. They made a delicious combo!
