This has been my exact obsession for a while now. I can totally relate to it. I used to be able to have some control over my cell phone usage, but nowadays, I don't. I could even just be scrolling mindlessly.

Having this knowledge of this problem is the first step to curbing it. The measures you highlighted will definitely work. Well done
