I guess I can consider myself lucky for not experiencing cramps but one certain time when I did, the feeling was horrible.

Totally insane! I've been lucky lately too. The cramps come easy now.
Another issue I forgot to mention are the lengthy periods. 6-8 days. Ladies do go through these things for real!
It's good that we're equipped enough to go through these and not be put down.
