I'll just say I've been busy sorting out life matters, and since these words are being typed by my fingers, succeeded I have.

You have chosen an interesting panel of advisors. And I love that Herman Hesse is on it. He is one of my mum's favorite writers of all time too. I also started reading him when I was very young and I love Siddhartha.

Hi! I haven't heard about Huberman before. But I googled him, and I will be sure to look for his podcast. Also, I will ask my son if he knows about him since one of the fields that interest him is neuroscience.
