I'm so sorry, Emma :( And what a frustration!
I have the keys backed up on a couple of devices, but I think it's time for me to print them out on paper and save them.
I hope a miracle happens and someone can recover the information from the disk. For now, I'll follow you on this account.
Thanks @coquicoin it was such a shock when I realised what it meant. I was beside myself. Definitely print them out and keep them somewhere safe. Maybe more than one copy too, that's what I'm doing now.
Everyone has been so amazing and I've got this account now, so hey, it's looking up, I'll always take whatever positive side to a situation that there is.
