I haven't been to Cumana since I was a kid. And it is good to hear that after so much neglect, some things are being reactivated, and spaces like parks are becoming clean again.

They were delicious. The park is still far from what it was 30 years ago, and even farther from what it should given the fact that Cumaná is the capital and all that 500-year yada yada.
We are hoping for real change, but that will take some time and better people managing the city
