That is the best part about travelling trying food you haven't had before. I made the mistake having a sausage in France before as it was the specialty in the region and highly recommended by the waiter. It was an offal sausage and as you cut into it the think stank and had to order something more palatable. Snails are not bad and haven't done the old froggo yet.
