Who are you jealous of (if anyone). Why, and how do you feel this jealousy effects your life.
Well, talking about who I have been jealous of hmmm.... There are alot of people I have been jealous about but there's this particular person I have been so so jealous about even without her notice though she has a twin sister. Reasons because of her kind of personality, values and all and also the kind of a wealthy family she is born into and husband she got married to.
One thing I have always come to understand is that everyone experiences jealousy at every given point of their lives, but the emotions may become an unhealthy one which can negatively impact most relationships.
Jealousy can really range in intensity when it becomes so severe, which has really effected my life by making me feel frustrated and uncomfortable which is the most complex.
Jealousy can equally come from lack of low self-esteem or self-confidence as well, that is why people who are maybe prone to jealousy or possessive usually have the feelings of inadequacy and also intend on comparing themselves to others and that is exactly how it happened my life.
I actually started being jealous of Mary when we were all in higher institution, which went on and on till we rounded up in school she is so intelligent and has this intellectual growth mindset.♥️💚💚♥️💚♥️
