Some tips to help you...

  1. The lack of energy is sometimes caused by LOW IRON. Many women become anemic during menstruation, so if you double up on iron-rich foods, that can help.

  2. Bananas have high potassium and magnesium, and can calm those cramps down a lot. Generally, foods that have have high potassium and magnesium can.

I hope so ... the monthly flow is no joke, but those tips have helped me suffer less!
