Good day, Hivers! How are you? I hope you are all fine and in good health right now. Today I will be sharing with you how we spent our weekends together.
Household Chores include food preparation, washing the dishes, cleaning the house, watering the plants, washing clothes, and others. Some of these household chores can't be done during weekdays since we are both working. As working parents, we can usually wash our clothes on Saturday and Sunday. Cleaning the ground and houses, trimming grass, and others can also be done on Saturday and Sunday.
After our nanny/babysitter or kasambahay left us, we the whole family obliged to do all the tasks. It was my husband, who usually does the washing. I also trained my 3 kids to personally wash their clothes. They used to have a nanny so I find difficulty in training them on various household chores. I constantly remind them of their daily task and weekend task. Training our kids on household chores is important for them to become responsible citizens someday. When they have their own family they have something to impart to their children. When we are not on their side they can manage on their own. I regret that I failed to train them for almost 14 years. It took 14 years of having our kasambahay at home. I'm a very busy person, I just focused on my work not knowing that my kids need my guidance when it comes to responsibility at home. So this is it! I tried. Maybe it's not too late. Right,? Every weekend they also washed their clothes. They have already their work schedule for daily tasks and they must follow it or else a reprimand is given. If there's no other appointment we wash our clothes every weekend. Since we are five in the family so we have a lot of piled-soiled clothes to wash. On the other hand, it serves as our family bonding too.
After washing it's time for my kids to have biking. They loved playing or riding a bicycle together with their cousins. My kids enjoyed this hobby very much. If we are not having a family outing on Sunday and Saturday, biking and practicing driving a motorcycle are their leisure activities every weekend. Playing bicycle is a good exercise that can increase your endurance of cardio and respiratory system. Our house is located near a spacious barren land so playing on a bike is suited in this place.
It was this weekend when my hubby repainted our kiosk or a little cottage near our house. We usually repaint our small cottage when its paint is already fading. We do this to minimize the attack of weevils in the bamboo walls.
It's Sunday and it's time to thank God for all blessings we received, good health, and protection for our family. So we visited the church to talk with God this weekend. So our weekend was very productive and well spent.

It is good to Teach the kids how to wash and do some other domestic works in their tender age. Thanking God for what he has done for us is very important because without him, we are nothing.

Ohhhhhh @dehai lavar y lavar jejeje tenían bastante ropa sucia. Dios jajaja. La experiencia de fin de semana en familia es gratificante, sobre todo cuando no hay tiempo entre semana para hacerlo. It was a wonderful weekend experience. I sew that the family had enjoyed it and all I could say is that the day was very productive, from having a bicycle ride, to laundry, to attending a holy mass, and then painting and constructing something. How I wish I know how to ride a bicycle, hehe. But I was really scared to try it when I was young because I might get a wound on my legs.
