As much as people value and want sincerity, how you give that sincerity to them is another thing. Compulsive sincerity(I don’t know if that’s even a thing, but you get what I mean) becomes a problem when you don’t take your time to assess and construct your words to not come off as rude or a jerk. Being nice while being brutally sincere is all that people need.

What I believe is that many people do not like to be criticized, feeling offended, of course if the truths are said in a rude and haughty way, the worse the person feels, and there we already take a wrong and preconceived idea of who is telling us the truth. Best regards.
That is right. Even constructive criticism can be taken the wrong way if you don’t approach it right.
