Since I was a teenager, cooking has been my favorite hobby and one of my greatest passions. I greatly enjoy the process of preparing recipes, creating my own versions and experimenting with different flavors to give a personal touch to each dish. It is an activity that fills me with joy. satisfaction and allows me to relax completely.
I'm constantly looking for new recipes, I follow renowned chefs and my main YouTube page is always full of culinary options to explore. For me, one of the biggest thrills is trying to recreate a dish that I've tried in a restaurant and making it perfect. First, that's why every time I order food I try to eat something different for the simple reason of trying to decipher the flavors, the satisfaction of mastering a recipe and obtaining the desired result is indescribable.
In fact, there was a time when I became obsessed with baking. Every three or four days I baked different types of bread, I read articles about baking and rising techniques, and I experimented incessantly with the joy of seeing my breads fluffy, soft, and with perfect shape filled me with pride, I even took many photos of them and shared my creations with my acquaintances.
Nowadays, few things generate as much excitement for me as cooking, it is a truly rewarding hobby for me, perhaps it is due to the fact that it is an activity that I do for complete pleasure and not out of obligation, what is certain is that preparing Food is a hobby that has accompanied me for many years now and that I hope to continue enjoying for the rest of my life.

I share this hobby friend, when I cook I enter a state of relaxation, I enjoy it very much, it seems crazy but I always imagine that I am a magician doing alchemy using different potions and ingredients to make a dish that brings health and energy to our body.
Speaking of bread, I've never been able to make them fluffy, those you show in the picture look very tasty and the pizza, not to mention the pizza.
