Hello everyone it @donvic joining this week prompting.....
It my fishing experience I will love to share with us all....
The question is do you do fishing,where, why and what......
as the saying goes the son of a farmer is a farmer and the son of a fisherman is also a fisherman......
one of the thing my family linage survive through is family and fishing.....cause we come from a village call WOWYEN....it is in Nasarawa State, Nigeria......
it a place bless with small water body which really help for the survival of the villagers and neighborhood at large....
As a small boy growing we were involved immediately into farm and fishing as a source of food and income......
I won't call them fishermen but anyone who fish to feed and for money is also a fisherman.....
Back to our questions.... let's start with WHERE?
it is in a popular river side our the village call Nuzuu, Ujuuu, Lille,..... this are places we usually go for fishing the don't have the best of fishes but at least we get to have enough for the house and also to sell.....
Now HOW?
we usually fish using hook and line for the small regions and Nets for the big water body....it just a hand made equipment but very effective when use properly and well.....
WHAT?
it normally just fish in there sizes and season....there seasons for the tiny fish natively call ISU and there is time for the big boys.....
WHY?
I have stated is already...but even as our parents fish for food and income we the young ones do it for fun it a beautiful experience to go out fishing especially when you get a catch....the feeling cannot be explained with words.....
Unfortunately I came to school and left home... which am Missing very bad....But it all for my good and growth looking forward to acquiring more knowledge, so that instead of fishing we get to have a fish farming and get fishes at our own luxury.....
CAUSE fishing is beautiful but can be so frustrating if you are having a bad day....and stressful too...
