JOURNEY JOURNAL: A RECENT LIFE UPDATE

Good day, hive. It's @douceink again! This time, with a wonderful experience to share with youu!

Two days ago, my classmate— Angelo asked me if I would go with him to Mae's house as he will fetch her, because they will sell the cupcakes they made as part of our Business Proposal and because I'm bored, i immediately said yes ( there's no class so we're not cutting classes hehe ).

When we arrived at the gate of our school, I am surprised to see @iamlovelykate and @luvsteff together with John Mark ( our classmate )! My excitement grew bigger when they said that we'll get some buko to make a buko juice at Mae's place. Without further ado, we then headed to Mae's place.

Moreover, when we arrived, Mae welcomed us and we took a couple of minutes to rest before we headed to get coconuts.

I am so amazed how Yan-ann — our classmate— easily climbed the coconut tree. Haha! I want to climb tooo.

After getting the coconuts, we couldn't resist peeling it off and wonders how the juice tastes. So, Angelo does the work and we patiently wait until it's ready. When it is done, I swear it's so sweet!

After getting the meat of the coconut— which took a couple of minutes. Mae put it all in the big container so it'll be mixed. She puts Evaporated Condense, a little bit of sugar and a couple of ice so it'll be more refreshing!

It was so fun because @iamlovelkate couldn't wait until the buko juice was fully ready and tasted it. Haha! Well, I understand her because the buko juice is really so tempting to taste 🤤 We then burst into laughter. HAHAHAHA

When it was time for me to taste it, I couldn't help but to add more when mine was fully consumed. Haha! It was so refreshing, hay, I suddenly missed the buko juice.

When we're done savouring the buko juice, I can't help but to smile looking at my stomach, I am so full 😅😅. The moment is really worth being cherished. Even on a simple day and bond like this.

Furthermore, we decided to stroll at the place, and then I remembered the scenic place we passed through when we were heading to Mae's house and told them that we should pay a visit at that place, good thing it wasn't so far from their home so they agreed to go.

We're heading to the place that stole my heart

When we arrived, I couldn't help but to stare at it— with adoration in my eyes. I am so thankful I had the chance to visit this place, again! Yes, I've been there before, with my friends. But it's been a long time ago. When I looked at the surroundings, I couldn't help but to breathe the fresh air and continuously compliment the place at the back of my mind. The place looks even more beautiful the second time around. Because, look at this picturesque scenery? Oh, gosh! I'm in love.

This place is really good for unwinding, it also has a small Bahay Kubo in the middle and the design is very stunning. I wonder if they're planning to make it as a tourist destination because for sure, many people will add this to their go to place.

hays “ unwinding ” the most dreamy thing I could ever imagine, especially that I am having a heavy heart these past few days. So, when we visit this tranquil place, the place robs my heart.

Though the place isn't that well-known. Some localities still visit the place, and we're so lucky because when we got there, it was only us.

As a memory, we then took some photos. I really admire how the grass danced beautifully with the wind. How the wind whispers peace in my ears and even love how blue the sky is. I can't even find the perfect word to describe how I feel.

Unfortunately, we had to go back to Mae's house because we still needed to go back to school, I would really come back to that place again if I had time. It's really a peaceful place.

When we arrived at Mae's home, we immediately prepared the things we have to bring, including the cupcakes before going back to school, right after we arrived, we then sold the cupcakes and the maja ( our business proposal ) and yess, we sold them!

When the day ends, while staring at the pictures we took in that place, I still feel at peace. I wanna go back there now, it seems like the place really stole my heart and never ever wanted to give it back.
