I am dreaming a home near the sea! The waves for me brings tranquility and I don't mind having many problems as long as I can sit near the seashore and just listen to the splashes of the waves and feel the breeze on my skin!

You can still do that, @douceink you just have enough time to enjoy that kind of experience and the splashes of the waves. You can enjoy also a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.
